Business Email Accounts - POP mail accounts $5 a month where we are not providing other services. Single user account with own mailbox. $2.50 for each additional mailbox. Basic SPAM filtering and anti virus included.

Email Backup - For businesses with own mail server, 5StarNet can provide a secondary mail server as a backup in case your primary mail server is unavailable. eg If your mail server is offline for any reason, our secondary mail server will save the mail until your mail server is back online and then automatically deliver the saved mail to your server. Using this service, mail will not bounce back to senders when your mail server is down. Mail will be held on server for up to four days. You will need to set up a second MX record with lower priority to point to our mail server. $9 a month for each domain. $30 setup charge.

Email Queuing Service - We provide the primary mail server for receiving email. The email is queued and then downloaded by your mail server. We provide SPAM filtering, anti virus, and security. Queued mail is held for up to four hours. $6 a month for each domain. $30 setup charge.

Email Delivery (SMTP) - Bag & Store SMTP mail for businesses and organisations with own mail server. $10 a month for each domain, $95 setup charge. Additional SPAM filtering $15 a month plus monthly labour to maintain SPAM lists at $70 per hour. $30 setup charge.

Email Filters - We provide two options for scanning email as it passes through our servers.

1. SPAM filtering. This will remove a large amount of rubbish from your email saving you time, annoyance and traffic. $7.50/month, $50 setup charge.
2. SPAM and VIRUS filtering. This will be your first line of defence against viruses. You will still need to run anti-virus software on your own network as we don't guarantee to remove every virus, but it should detect and remove most viruses saving you time and money. $15/month, $75 setup charge.

Mail Server Installation and Maintenance - Want to have you own mail server? We can install a Linux operating system on your hardware, set up our mail server software with firewall for $650. We also offer a remote management option for $50/month.
